Effective 20 August 2026. We will tell you before a material change takes effect.

This policy is part of the Terms of Service and applies to everything you do with Dika Studio.

1. Content

Do not create, upload, store or publish content that:

  • is unlawful, or promotes or facilitates unlawful activity;
  • sexualises children, in any form, real or generated;
  • depicts a real, identifiable person without their consent, in particular sexual, intimate or degrading depictions;
  • impersonates a real person or organisation, including their name, branding or byline;
  • fabricates a record, receipt, review, credential or official document that would function as the real thing;
  • harasses, threatens or targets a private individual;
  • incites violence or hatred against people because of who they are;
  • infringes someone else's copyright, trade mark or other rights.

2. AI

  • Do not clone a voice that is not yours without the documented consent of the person it belongs to. When you clone a voice we ask you to confirm this, and we keep that confirmation.
  • Do not use generated likenesses or voices to deceive people about who said or did something.
  • Do not remove or obscure a label identifying content as AI-generated where the law requires one.
  • Do not use AI features to generate the prohibited content listed above, or to build tools whose purpose is to do so.

3. The platform

  • Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, quotas, plan restrictions or payment.
  • Do not probe, scan or attack our systems, or those of our providers, except within a security disclosure we have agreed with you in advance.
  • Do not scrape the product, or automate it beyond the API and automation features we provide.
  • Do not share your credentials, resell access, or run a service on top of ours that is substantially the same product.
  • Do not point automations at systems you do not have permission to reach.
  • Do not upload malware, or content designed to break a viewer's device.

4. The community

Publishing to the community is also covered by the Community Guidelines. Do not publish work that is not yours to publish, and do not use the report system to attack a competitor.

5. What happens if you break this policy

We use the least severe measure that addresses the problem. In increasing order: a warning; a suspension of community sharing; a shadowban; a suspension of the account; a ban. Serious cases, in particular anything involving children or a credible threat to a person, go straight to the most severe measure and, where the law requires it, to the authorities.

We tell you what we did and why, and you can appeal. See the Community Guidelines for how.

6. Reporting

Report content from the item itself, or write to hello@dika.design. A person reviews every report.
