Copyright and Takedown

DIKA DESIGN LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16251779, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Contact: hello@dika.design.

Effective 20 August 2026. We will tell you before a material change takes effect.

We remove infringing content. This page explains how to tell us about it and how to challenge a removal.

1. Reporting an infringement

Write to hello@dika.design with the subject "Copyright". You can also use the report control on the item itself and choose the copyright reason.

Include all of the following, or we may have to come back to you and it will take longer:

  1. Your name, address and email address.
  2. Identification of the work you own, with a link or a copy.
  3. A link to the content on Dika Studio you say infringes it, precise enough for us to find it.
  4. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by you, your agent or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.
  6. Your signature, electronic or physical.

A person reviews every notice. If it is valid we remove or disable the content and tell the person who published it, including your notice.

2. Challenging a removal

If your content was removed and you believe that was wrong, appeal from the item in the product, or write to hello@dika.design. Tell us which content it was, why you have the right to publish it, and give us your contact details. A different person reviews the appeal. If we restore the content, we tell the person who reported it.

3. Repeat infringement

An account that repeatedly publishes infringing content loses the ability to publish, and may be closed.

4. What a removal does and does not reach

Removing a published item takes down the listing. It does not reach copies that other users installed or remixed before the removal. If a specific copy needs to come down too, tell us and we will deal with it.

5. False claims

Do not send a notice about content you do not own the rights to. A knowingly false claim can make you liable for the other side's costs, and we will refuse further notices from you.
