Third-Party Notices

This product loads or bundles the third-party components listed below. This file satisfies the attribution requirement of their licences.

Model weights are downloaded on demand and cached in the user's browser; they are not redistributed by this repository.

How this list is maintained. It was rewritten on 2026-08-20 from what the shipped editor actually loads (apps/editor/index.html, the lazy CDN loaders in the module tree, and apps/editor/vendor/), because the previous version covered four AI/ML components and omitted roughly twenty libraries the product loads on every boot. packages/db/scripts/_legal-phase456-proof.mjs re-derives the load list and fails when something is loaded that is not named here, so this file cannot silently fall behind again.

The product's own licence. Dika Studio is distributed under the Business Source License 1.1; the full text, with its parameters filled in, is the LICENSE file at the root of this repository. In summary: you may use, modify and self-host it for your own purposes and for client work, and anything you produce with it is yours; you may not offer it to third parties as a product or a hosted service. Four years after each version is published, that version becomes available under the GNU Affero General Public License, version 3.0 or later. A company whose annual revenue exceeds $1 million needs a commercial licence for production use. The LICENSE file governs; this paragraph is a summary of it and nothing more.

Fonts

Google Fonts are fetched at runtime from fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com. The families offered by the editor are published under the SIL Open Font License 1.1, which permits embedding in documents and exports. Each family's own licence is available from its Google Fonts page.

Portal and marketing site

The web applications depend on Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS, Base UI, drizzle-orm, the postgres client, Stripe's SDK, sharp, ExcelJS, wavesurfer.js, Recharts and lucide-react, all under MIT or Apache-2.0. Their exact versions are recorded in each app's package.json and in the lockfile.

Removed

ffmpeg.wasm (LGPL/GPL family) has been deleted from the repository (2026-08-20). Its eager boot entry was removed long ago and nothing loaded it; the four remaining mentions in the source were comments. Keeping 24 MB of copyleft binaries in the tree that ship in no build is a licence question with no benefit attached, so the directory is gone. A copy was archived outside the repository before deletion.
